Volume 6, October 1981
Once again, eight pages long, and continued to be laid out in a more traditional magazine format.
Paul Evans profiles the British music/fashion styles of The New Romantics in his piece entitled The Blitz.
The Georgia Music Festival schedule is presented in a column lacking a byline.
Allen Rabinowitz profiles The Ramones.
David T. Lindsay is consipicuously absent this month but his previous column entitled Death and Taxis is taken to task by contributing writer Paul Evans in our very first "letter to the editor. Apparently the publisher's Mea Culpa did not do the trick.
The issue is crammed full of reviews of new releases - reviewers include Hurlburt (who listened to an insane amount of music this month),Evans, Rabinowitz, Douglass DeLoach, J. E. Sumrell, and Leila L'Abate.
And of course the advertisers are helping foot the bill once again!
